Alstom is seeking an HR Business Partner for a full-time role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position involves aligning HR strategies with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement, managing recruitment, and developing employees, requiring a university degree and significant HR experience.

Responsibilities

Counsel the business on HR topics.
Align HR actions with business needs and implement HR strategies.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and support management on HR-related issues.
Manage recruitment processes, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing and selection, and induction.
Develop people at all levels through coaching, performance management, development plans, and training.
Monitor performance metrics and adhere to budget constraints.

Requirements

Saudi National Only.
University degree, majoring in human resources, psychology, business studies, social science or economy.
Desirable MBA with specialization in HR.
Experience or understanding of Generalist HR management experience covering all areas of HR management practice.
Knowledge of 10 years HR experience in a similar industry/environment.
Familiarity with influence and resilience within a matrix organization structure.
Professional expertise in employment law issues, redundancies, payroll and employee relations.
