Positioned as a Senior Technical Lead in Noida, India, this role requires extensive experience in SAP HCM, focusing on positive and negative time management, PCRs, schemas, and CATS. The candidate will be responsible for configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with third-party systems, along with understanding US/UK payroll.

Responsibilities

Design and implementation experience in integrating SAP HCM with Third party systems.
Hands on experience in Absence/Attendance configuration, overtime and holiday pay configurations.
Knowledge in Leave workflow related configurations and troubleshooting.
Knowledge in configuring ESS applications like Leave request application, Available time off, Enter time etc.
Understanding of processes around Media Industry and the Time management tools within the Industry.
Should have good understanding and configuration experience in of SAP US/UK Payroll as well.

Requirements

8-10 years of experience in SAP HCM.
6+ years of experience in Positive and negative time management.
Expertise knowledge in Creation and maintenance of PCRs and schemas to cater business and legal requirements.
Knowledge in Cross application timesheets (CATS)
Must Have: SAP HCM Time Management (Positive & Negative)
Must Have: PCRs & Schemas Configuration
Must Have: Absence/Attendance, Overtime & Holiday Config
Must Have: CATS (Cross Application Time Sheet)
Must Have: SAP HCM Integration (3rd Party Systems)

Knowledge in SAP HCM Integration (3rd Party Systems) - Good to Have
SAP Payroll (US/UK) Understanding - Good to Have
