HCLTech is seeking a Sr Subject Matter Expert (Support&Ops) in Noida, India. The role involves managing, securing, and maintaining Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure and security platforms, including OT remote access, Nozomi OT monitoring, and OT security controls.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain OT infrastructure platforms and supporting services.
Perform platform health checks, monitoring, and operational maintenance.
Coordinate patching, upgrades, backups, and restoration.
Troubleshoot platform-related incidents and service requests.
Administer and support Dispel Secure Remote Access (SRA) platform.
Monitor OT security alerts and events, support incident investigation.
Implement and maintain OT security controls and hardening standards.
Administer and support Nozomi Guardian/CMC platforms.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and asset inventories.

Requirements

OT/ICS/SCADA environment administration.
OT Platform Management and Operations Support.
Dispel Secure Remote Access (SRA) administration.
Nozomi Guardian and Central Management Console (CMC).
Industrial network troubleshooting.
Windows Server Administration.
Active Directory and Identity Management.
Backup and Recovery Operations.
OT Security Monitoring and Incident Response.
Vulnerability Management and Security Hardening.
Firewall and Network Security Concepts.
Ticketing and Change Management Processes.
8+ years overall experience with 5+ years in OT Security / OT Platform Management.
Hands-on experience with Dispel SRA and Nozomi platform administration.
