Responsibilities

Lead high-impact UDE projects in cost optimization and revenue generation.
Identify systemic defects and influence upstream team roadmaps.
Drive cross-organizational alignment and establish comprehensive governance frameworks.
Develop UDE programs including pipeline development, quality controls, and executive reporting.
Partner with senior leaders to secure bandwidth and prioritize defect elimination.
Drive strategic UDE implementation and build robust pipelines that exceed targets.
Conduct root cause analysis on systemic defects and drive end-to-end implementation.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Vendor Management and Retail Operations.
Demonstrated program management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive project execution.
Experience delivering technology-based, highly scalable solutions.
Demonstrated record of leading projects at both strategic and tactical levels.
Metrics-driven with the vision to scale the business.
Responsible for overall planning, budgeting, growth, delivery, and productivity of the program.
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
5+ years of program or project management experience.
5+ years of delivering cross-functional projects.

Desired Qualifications

2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
Strategic Vision & Execution - ability to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and exceed targets.
Cross-Functional Partnership - proven track record influencing roadmaps without direct authority.
Program Governance Excellence - ability to establish scalable frameworks and maintain rigorous oversight.
Financial Acumen - ability to quantify business impacts and secure pre-approvals.
Technical Problem-Solving - ability to conduct root cause analysis and design upstream solutions.
Stakeholder Management - ability to orchestrate workshops and present strategic documents.
