Responsibilities

Build and enhance end-to-end AI-powered applications, including frontend developer tools (e.g., VS Code plugins) and backend services.
Develop and integrate LLM-powered features into enterprise applications, improving user productivity and experience through intelligent workflows and contextual assistance.
Contribute to enterprise-scale search, retrieval, and indexing systems, enabling efficient processing and understanding of codebases and knowledge assets.
Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and integration layers to expose AI/ML capabilities across applications and developer tools.
Rapidly iterate on UI/UX features based on real-world usage, feedback, and evolving product requirements to deliver intuitive and high-quality user experiences.
Debug and resolve issues across application layers, including frontend, backend, and AI/LLM-driven components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (platform, infrastructure, and product) to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Desired Qualifications

Strong programming skills in C#.NET, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Angular, Node.js, HTML, and CSS
Experience building full-stack applications (UI + backend services + APIs)
Proven ability to build clean, intuitive, and performant user interfaces
Hands-on experience developing or integrating LLM-based / AI-powered applications
Familiarity with agentic workflows or orchestration frameworks
Ability to take high-level direction and independently drive end-to-end implementation
Strong understanding of API design, state management, and UI/backend integration
Experience debugging across both traditional systems and AI/LLM-driven behavior
Tracing/observability tools for LLM systems
Experience with Elasticsearch / vector search
Docker / Kubernetes exposure
Multi-agent systems and evaluation frameworks
