Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end ownership and proactive problem solving for every ticket raised.
- Offer exceptional support to Selling Partners.
- Serve as the first resolution point for Selling Partner Support Associates.
- Handle tickets and cater to end-to-end resolutions for sellers.
- Ensure seller issues are resolved at the first point of contact.
- Demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication.
- Provide prompt and efficient service and escalate issues appropriately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and ability to work independently.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and assist team members.
- Maintain acceptable performance metrics (quality, productivity, FCR, attendance).
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation.
- Identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Respond to Seller Queries via Phone, Chat and Email.
- Handle queries from sellers across the world in their time zone.
- Follow available guidelines to ensure seller experience.
- Ensure tools and resources are working before handling a contact.
- Highlight issues through available mechanisms.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- 1+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Fluent in English (speak, write, and read).
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with Excel.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
