As a Solution Engineer (Early in Profession) at Microsoft, you will help customers implement innovative cloud, AI, data, and security solutions. Responsibilities

Contribute to solution demonstrations, proof-of-concept projects, and technical engagements.
Develop expertise across Azure, AI, data, security, and modern application development.
Tailor Microsoft standard messaging to audience using knowledge of specific Microsoft products.
Engage with customers and partners to assess needs and provide technical solutions.
Contribute to product strategy by soliciting and communicating customer feedback.

Requirements

2 to 5 years of related experience.
Curiosity about AI and a willingness to learn.
Foundational data and analytics skills using SQL, Power BI and Python.
Cloud fundamentals, including Azure certifications or hands-on experience.
Ability to build or automate simple solutions.
Understanding of modern application development and APIs.
Awareness of security, governance, and data protection principles.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Customer and business outcome mindset.
Clear communication and collaboration skills.
Growth mindset and learning agility.
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 2 years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience.

Desired Qualifications

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field AND 2 to 5 years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, solution delivery, or a related technology role.
