Responsibilities
- Design, manage and own technologies in Alexa Shopping programs space.
- Design and implement software solutions addressing customer needs, balancing functional and non-functional requirements.
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from product definition to operational support.
- Write high-quality, well-documented code and participate actively in code reviews.
- Evaluate new tools and approaches, including generative artificial intelligence, to improve engineering workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand business context and deliver incremental improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling).
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
