Collaborate with product managers, applied scientists, and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Coach teammates through code reviews and design discussions to improve software quality and establish best practices.
Identify and resolve root causes of operational issues, continuously improving system reliability and maintainability.

Requirements

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of experience in design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems.
Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.

Desired Qualifications

3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
