In short

We are seeking a Technical Lead to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. The role involves using software development languages like Java, C/C++, and Go, along with ML infrastructure and Vertex AI, to build and deploy AI/agentic capabilities. You will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to secure coding practices and demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Build, code, and unit-test solution components using Java, C/C++, and/or Go.
Design, develop, evaluate, and operationalize AI/agentic capabilities using ML infrastructure and Vertex AI.
Automate build, deployment, monitoring, and production support activities.
Apply data processing skills.
Apply sound software engineering, configuration, and quality practices.
Ensure adherence to secure coding, data handling, and access-control practices.
Analyze and validate AI/ML use cases, agent workflows, and responsible-AI expectations.
Translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate requirement reviews, solution walkthroughs, and demonstrations.
Maintain functional specifications, process flows, and status reporting.
Support stakeholder discussions and escalate risks.
Support release readiness, user enablement, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

Software development (Java, C/C++, and/or Go)
ML infrastructure (model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging)
Vertex AI
AI/ML Ops
Approximately 2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience aligned to the Junior Engineer band
Track record of delivery in similar engagements
Working knowledge of AI domain standards, compliance expectations, and business processes

Desired Qualifications

Demonstrate strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Maintain current proficiency, certifications, or hands-on practice on the primary tools listed for this role.
Follow approved designs and engineering standards.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to engage client stakeholders, business users, and cross-functional delivery teams.
