Seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Identity Manager and Compliance Remediation. Responsibilities include business process analysis, IT system design, IAM onboarding, testing coordination, and project execution. Requires technical expertise in IT/Security engineering, Cloud/Enterprise Architecture, and extensive experience as a Business Analyst in IT Security.

Responsibilities

Determine how to improve existing business processes.
Identify tasks/steps to automate and gather requirements.
Design features of IT systems, creating functional and non-functional requirements.
Implement new features of the IT security system with technical design.
Perform deployment management activities.
Manage IAM onboarding tasks for application integration to ensure secure access.
Coordinate testing efforts with QA and ensure issue resolution.
Work with client personnel to identify required changes.
Communicate needed changes to the development team.
Assist in enforcing project deadlines and schedules.
Apply comments/feedback from supervisors.
Communicate and apply project standards.
Manage resources in accordance with the project schedule.
Deliver high-quality services to clients.
Facilitate team and client meetings.
Deliver informative, well-organized presentations.
Facilitate effective team interaction.

Requirements

Technical expertise in IT/Security engineering, Cloud and/or Enterprise Architecture.
Understanding of business requirements and ability to communicate them to the IT security team in technical language.
Ability to work in a challenging environment at a customer location with high Senior Management focus.
Risk management and general operational/initiatives support.
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in IT Security domain.
Sound Engineering systems concepts and principles.
Analytic and conceptual expertise with ability to prepare and present PowerPoint presentations to Sr. Management.
Knowledge of business processes and a business-oriented vision.
Ability to represent the project as a coordinator.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Proficient in IAM onboarding tasks for application integration.
Industry recognized security certification like CEH, CISSP, CISM will be an added advantage.

Desired Qualifications

Understanding (Cloud) Security/IT architecture frameworks is considered as a plus.
