Responsibilities
- Build and manage customer calling lists for proactive maintenance and repair outreach.
- Analyze maintenance plans and provide technical advice to customers.
- Identify customer needs, perform basic troubleshooting, and prepare preliminary work orders.
- Schedule workshop appointments and coordinate workshop resources.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for timely work completion.
- Participate in daily and weekly operational meetings.
- Welcome customers, verify appointments, receive vehicles, and manage requests.
- Communicate service progress and any changes to customers proactively.
- Prepare invoices, explain completed work, recommend services, and arrange follow-ups.
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and document interactions.
Requirements
- Experience in service reception or customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with maintenance plans and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage schedules and coordinate resources.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in documenting customer interactions and work orders.
