Responsible for end-to-end operations and monitoring of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) to ensure availability, reliability, security, and performance. Develops Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Python, troubleshoots issues, and contributes to incident root cause analysis and security incident response.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end operations, monitoring the cloud platform to ensure availability, reliability, security, and performance.
Respond to incidents and escalate them to the appropriate teams as required.
Provide support and expertise to troubleshoot issues on the Public Cloud (AWS and Azure) Platform or hosted Workloads.
Perform infrastructure engineering for activities which include platform upgrades, image patching, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Contribute to incident root cause analysis, leading discussions and driving improvements.
Participate in security incident response and investigation.
Execute capacity management ensuring the platform is not constrained by increase in adoption.
Execute Pre Flight checks to ensure silent running for Public Cloud.
Create and update capability and service playbooks and runbook documentation.
Develop Infrastructure as code to manage and provision cloud resources.
Create and modify curated services and patterns based on customer requirements.

Experience with AWS and Azure platforms.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
