Le rôle exige une profonde expertise technique, un leadership en ingénierie et la capacité de travailler directement avec les responsables de l'ingénierie des clients, les propriétaires de produits et les parties prenantes de l'architecture.

Responsibilities

Own solution architecture and engineering delivery from design through production.
Lead engineering teams building scalable solutions using Java/Kotlin and Microservices.
Drive brownfield modernization, including legacy assessment, incremental transformation, and cloud migration.
Architect and deliver solutions on GCP and/or AliCloud.
Establish engineering best practices around IaC, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, automated testing, observability, security, and production readiness.
Lead technical/design reviews and provide hands-on guidance for complex engineering challenges.
Partner with client Engineering Managers and Product Owners to translate business priorities into pragmatic technical solutions.
Own technical decisions, risks, dependencies, and architectural trade-offs.
Mentor technical leads and engineers and drive engineering excellence across teams.

Requirements

15+ years in software engineering, architecture, and technical leadership.
Strong hands-on expertise in Java/Kotlin, Spring/Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
Strong experience with GCP and/or AliCloud.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform or equivalent.
Strong CI/CD and GitHub Actions experience.
Proven experience delivering and modernizing brownfield/legacy platforms.
Strong understanding of event-driven architecture, API/integration patterns, resilience, scalability, security, and observability.
Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and independently manage senior client technology stakeholders.
Comfortable moving across: Product Requirements → Architecture → Brownfield Modernization → Microservices & Orchestration → Engineering Delivery → CI/CD → Production Ownership.

Desired Qualifications

Experience delivering Order Management solutions for large retail customers and the ability to confidently engage client Engineering Managers and Product Owners would be a strong advantage.
