As a Senior Technical Program Manager for TITANS, you will lead communication, coordination, and execution for building engineering products and expanding software solutions across Amazon's Global Transportation Services. You will act as SCRUM Master, drive Agile practices, manage cross-functional teams, and develop execution plans to build scalable and extensible solutions for the most efficient transportation system on the planet.

Responsibilities

Own communication, coordination, and execution for building TITANS' engineering products.
Expand software solution charter across Global Transportation Services (GTS).
Act as SCRUM Master for technical teams, driving Agile practices.
Manage delivery across cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration.
Resolve trade-offs between business and technical constraints.
Clearly communicate goals, roles, and responsibilities.
Develop execution plans and secure commitment from technical teams.
Drive optimal technical architectures.
Make data-driven decisions to prioritize and deliver high-impact features.

Requirements

5+ years of technical product or program management experience
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
3+ years of software development experience
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Desired Qualifications

5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
