As a Senior Technical Lead in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, you will leverage your strong Salesforce platform knowledge and Copado proficiency to manage releases and automate deployment pipelines. This role requires expertise in Git, agile methodologies, and resolving deployment issues to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated deployment pipelines, release schedules, and branching modules within Copado.
Coordinate code promotion, user stories, hot fixes, and major releases while integrating Copado with Git-based version control.
Independently resolve deployment failures and merge conflicts to promote metadata deployments within timelines.
Implement quality gates and integrate static code analysis and automatic testing tools with Copado and version control.
Perform Copado back deployments and implement best practices within the team.
Perform pre & post deployment manual steps and prepare & run scripts in Salesforce.
Work closely with developers, leads, and stakeholders to streamline agile delivery.
Educate and onboard team members on Copado usage and best practices.

Requirements

Good understanding and knowledge of the Salesforce platform with strong Salesforce configuration skills and knowledge of Salesforce metadata types.
Working experience in Copado and previous work experience as a Salesforce Release Manager.
Proficiency with the Copado DevOps platform.
Must have Copado Admin and Developer certifications.
Experience with version control tools like Git, Bitbucket, Azure.
Multi-project working experience with agile/scrum ceremonies and release governance.
Strong ability to establish and enforce solid Git branching strategies within Copado.
Ability to integrate automatic or robotic testing tools.
Great ability to perform any pre & post deployment manual steps, prepare & run scripts in Salesforce.

Consolidated revenues as of 12 months ending September 2026 totaled $14.8 billion.
