In short

We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud to lead the digital transformation of our infrastructure deployment lifecycle. This role involves designing and optimizing the Capital Project Asset Lifecycle (Build-to-Asset) framework, ensuring accurate tracking and capitalization of project costs into corporate assets.

Responsibilities

Lead the functional design and configuration of Oracle Project Costing for Capital Projects and WBS.
Configure Construction-in-Process (CIP) asset accounting templates within Project Costing.
Establish automated workflows for the Capitalization Process, transferring expenditures to Oracle Fixed Assets.
Design the Project-Driven Supply Chain (PDSC) framework to link procurement with project financials.
Configure Oracle Purchasing for project-tagged Purchase Orders and vendor invoices.
Collaborate with Inventory teams for project-specific material issues and chargebacks.
Configure Oracle Fixed Assets for post-construction management, including asset books, depreciation, retirements, and revaluations.
Optimize integration between Project Costing, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger for reconciliation.

Requirements

Proven track record of delivering at least two full-lifecycle implementations involving Capital Projects or Build-to-Asset flows in asset-heavy industries (Telecom, Utilities, Construction).
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM), specifically Project Costing and Project Billing.
Deep configuration knowledge of Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Procurement/Purchasing and its integration with project accounting layers.
