Seeking an experienced Senior Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven content services solutions. The role involves architecting enterprise-scale platforms that leverage Generative AI, IDP, NLP, RAG, and Content Services Platforms to automate content lifecycle management and optimize business processes. Responsibilities include defining AI strategy, designing cloud-native solutions on Azure, and ensuring compliance with governance and security requirements.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the enterprise Content Services and AI strategy.
Architect cloud-native Content Services, ECM, IDP, Enterprise Search, and Generative AI solutions.
Design end-to-end AI-powered content platforms using Azure Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Copilot.
Establish enterprise architecture standards, governance models, and security controls.
Design scalable RAG, semantic search, vector database, and knowledge management architectures.
Lead modernization and migration of legacy ECM platforms to cloud-native solutions.
Define integration architectures connecting various systems.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, retention, and data governance requirements.
Provide technical leadership for solution design, architecture reviews, and roadmaps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases.
Drive DevSecOps, automation, observability, scalability, resilience, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Experience in Architecting cloud-native Content Services, ECM, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Enterprise Search, and Generative AI solutions.
Experience designing end-to-end AI-powered content platforms leveraging Azure Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Copilot, and modern AI frameworks.
Experience designing scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, vector database, and knowledge management architectures.
Experience leading modernization and migration initiatives from legacy ECM platforms to cloud-native Content Services solutions.
Experience defining integration architectures connecting ECM repositories, business applications, data platforms, APIs, and Microsoft 365 services.
Experience ensuring compliance with security, privacy, retention, records management, regulatory, and data governance requirements.
Experience providing technical leadership for solution design, architecture reviews, technology selection, and implementation roadmaps.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
Experience driving DevSecOps, automation, observability, scalability, resilience, and operational excellence across Content Services platforms.
Proficiency in Content Services Technologies: OpenText Content Server, Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Syntex, IBM FileNet, Hyland OnBase, Documentum, Box Platform, M-Files.
Proficiency in AI & Machine Learning: Azure OpenAI Service, OpenAI GPT Models, Claude AI, Google Gemini, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Vector Databases, RAG Architecture, NLP Frameworks.
Proficiency in Intelligent Document Processing: Azure AI Document Intelligence, ABBYY FlexiCapture, Kofax, UiPath Document Understanding, Intelligent OCR Solutions.
Proficiency in Cloud Technologies: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform.
Proficiency in Data Technologies: SQL, Python, Vector Databases, Knowledge Graphs, Elasticsearch, Azure Cognitive Search, Pinecone, Weaviate.
