Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SAP SuccessFactors implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation programs.
  • Define scalable, secure, and future-ready HR solution architectures aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct architecture assessments and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with SAP SuccessFactors best practices and industry standards.
  • Lead large global implementation and transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR leadership, and project teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Review functional and technical designs to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Provide governance and oversight throughout project lifecycles.
  • Architect and support solutions across Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Recruitment Management (RCM), Onboarding 2.0, Performance & Goals (PMGM), Compensation & Variable Pay, Succession & Development, Learning Management System (LMS), and Workforce Analytics and Reporting.
  • Design integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP/Non-SAP systems.
  • Lead integration architecture using SAP Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, OData Services, and Middleware platforms.
  • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Define identity management and role-based permission frameworks.
  • Act as trusted advisor to business and HR leadership teams.
  • Conduct architecture workshops and solution demonstrations.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on HR digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage client escalations and critical issues.
  • Mentor functional consultants, technical teams, and architects.
  • Establish delivery standards, governance frameworks, and reusable assets.
  • Support estimation, resource planning, and proposal activities.

  • SAP SuccessFactors Suite Architecture.
  • Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
  • SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
  • APIs, OData, and Integration Center.
  • Workforce Analytics and Reporting.
  • Identity & Access Management.
  • Data Migration and Conversion Strategies.
  • Solution architecture and governance.
  • Program leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Risk and issue management.
  • Vendor and client management.
  • Offshore-onshore team coordination.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • SAP Certified Application Associate – SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • SAP Certified Professional – SuccessFactors Solution Consultant.
  • SAP Integration Suite Certification.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification (preferred).
