Responsibilities

Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget
Serve as the scrum master, facilitating scrum events, coaching the team, and removing impediments
Implement and oversee change management processes to effectively manage project scope changes
Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address project risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
Monitor and report on project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize project delivery

Requirements

Expertise in scrum master practices, including facilitating scrum events, coaching the team, and removing obstacles
In-depth knowledge of project management change management principles and methodologies
Proficient in agile methodology, with the ability to effectively apply agile practices in project management
Strong communication and leadership skills to guide project teams and collaborate with stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address project challenges effectively
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing project requirements
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP)
