Responsibilities

Develop and implement program management strategies for project delivery.
Manage projects using agile methodology, facilitating scrum meetings, and driving continuous improvement.
Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Lead and mentor project managers and teams.
Conduct regular project reviews and report project status to senior management.
Drive accountability, transparency, and collaboration within project teams.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
Continuously assess and improve project management processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in program management with a focus on complex projects.
In-depth knowledge and practical experience in agile methodology and frameworks (scrum, kanban, etc.).
Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and drive results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to prioritize multiple demands and adapt to changing priorities.

Desired Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) are preferred.
