Autoliv China is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for its Nantong Cushion – CNC location. The role involves developing and improving production processes, ensuring quality control, and maintaining process documentation. The ideal candidate will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

In charge of product technical development and improvement
In charge of making, training and improving the document of quality/occupational health and manufacturing
In charge of quality control during production, follow up the problem solving for production quality issue
Assist tracing system engineer to maintain and pigeonhole product line tracing record
Carry out the constantly improving work, maintain and update the process BOM and related documents
Production lines process document maintain, initial process improvement and process change control etc.
Assist production engineer to maintain the QCDSM indicators activities, responsible for SWI training and improvement
As window person to production line and cross function team, support leader for key projects’ promotion.
Finish other works assigned by leader

Requirements

Senior Process Engineer experience
Quality control during production
Process BOM and related documents maintenance
Standardized work (SWI) training and improvement
Experience with QCDSM indicators
Ability to maintain and update process documentation
