Responsibilities
- Support leaders through organizational growth, change, and transformation with strategic guidance and people solutions.
- Influence leaders to create high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Assess organizational health, team effectiveness, leadership capability, and operating rhythms to improve business performance.
- Design organizational structures, workforce strategies, and operating models to enable business growth and agility.
- Anticipate organizational risks and proactively recommend solutions.
- Lead strategic talent planning efforts aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with leaders, Talent Management, and Recruiting to identify critical talent needs and build talent pipelines.
- Leverage data and workforce insights to improve retention and inform talent decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 7+ years of experience in human resources or related processes.
- OR Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in human resources or related processes.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years operating as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner supporting senior leaders OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years' experience partnering with a wide network of clients and across Human Resources.
- Experience with large-scale change management.

- Experience building world-class FDE capabilities and scaling teams.
- Ability to move at studio speed, bring clear options and trade-offs, and optimize for one Frontier.
- Experience working with engineers and AI agents.
- Focus on delivering measurable, customer-defined results.
- Ability to build, test, simplify, and scale solutions.
Benefits
- Typical base pay range across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year.
- Base pay range in San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
