Responsibilities

Effectively execute project orders to customer satisfaction and achieve desired deliverables.
Manage all aspects of project delivery to ensure project success.
Collaborate with customers, Sales, Service, and Project Teams.
Lead regional Project Execution activities.
Interact with internal and external customers to understand project requirements, contractual obligations, and delivery schedules.
Initiate Scope Meetings and participate in Design Meetings.
Plan with Sourcing and Suppliers to reduce lead time and ensure on-time deliveries.
Submit deviation or concession requests to the customer during order execution.
Oversee Installation and Commissioning activities at customer sites.
Anticipate bottlenecks and take preventive actions to control costs.
Monitor Project Budget vs. Actual Cost.
Run periodic backlogs to focus on open orders and points.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
Support Integration Team in Despatch Planning.

Requirements

Diploma or B.E/ B. Tech. (Preferably Mechanical, Electrical)
Minimum 5-7 years of Work Experience in Project execution or after-sales service
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Team player
Strong attitude for independent work with minimum supervision and follow-up
Ability to establish strong and effective relationships with major stakeholders for smooth project execution
