HCLTech is looking for an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for their Bengaluru or Hyderabad locations. The role focuses on Employee Central (EC) and Absence Management, requiring expertise in core HR processes, incident resolution, configuration, and continuous improvement within the SuccessFactors landscape.

Responsibilities

Provide L3 support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Absence Management.
Analyze and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed SLAs.
Support global HR operations and employee lifecycle transactions.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring production issues.
Coordinate with integration and technical teams to resolve interface-related issues.
Gather business requirements from HR stakeholders.
Configure and maintain Employee Central and Absence Management solutions.
Implement process improvements and optimization initiatives.
Support release management and bi-annual SuccessFactors upgrades.
Prepare functional specifications.
Execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
Maintain application and process documentation.

MDF Objects.
Role Based Permissions (RBP).
Integration monitoring.
6 to 8 years of SAP HR / SuccessFactors experience.
Minimum 4 years in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Strong experience in global HR support environments.
Experience supporting multi-country deployments.
