Responsibilities

  • Handle cases related to catalog and vendor complaints.
  • Provide inputs to stakeholders for vendor feedback management.
  • Coordinate with sellers/vendors and internal teams for catalog creation, product imaging, and related activities.
  • Review Amazon catalog for content quality and coordinate fixes for better customer experience.
  • Document processes and update existing SOPs.
  • Review and suggest SOP changes based on Category Manager input.
  • Handle daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
  • Onboard new processes as per business needs.
  • Interact with vendors/stakeholders for process setup and issue resolution.
  • Flag escalations, perform deep dives, and recommend/implement corrective actions.
  • Communicate process updates from stakeholders to Team Lead/Manager.
  • Participate in stakeholder calls to raise challenges and document discussions.
  • Audit tasks assigned to junior associates and report quality metrics.
  • Train new staff and provide feedback to the training team/manager.
  • Understand cross-team processes and work towards improvement with process experts.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • MS Excel proficiency, with ability to mine voluminous data.
  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
