Responsibilities
- Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis and resolution via telephone/email/chat.
- Manage DL creation, modification, owner changes, and member changes.
- Configure Mitel phones to forward numbers to cell phones.
- Assist with Wi-Fi guest connections.
- Administer and provide user account provisioning.
- Document and manage problems, work requests, and resolutions using the Incident Management System.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
- Experience with cell phone upgrades and authenticator setup.
- Ability to manage user accounts, including extending vendor access and password resets.
- Skill in routing problems to appropriate IT support staff.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and support staff for problem resolution.
