Responsibilities

Act as a single-threaded owner for the execution and delivery of straightforward risks (financial, regulatory, Amazon policy, business continuity).
Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs for accurate freight cost estimation and invoice accuracy.
Perform deep dives, document findings, and share reports with leadership.
Identify technology gaps and collaborate with tech teams on solutions.
Conduct effective communication of results and updates to stakeholders.
Drive broader risk mitigation activities by working with other teams such as Internal Audit and Risk team.

Requirements

2+ years of relevant experience in risk management areas such as internal/external invoice audit and investigation.
Experience working with teams across different global locations with high ownership and delivering results independently.
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
Experience defining audit logic requirements and using data/metrics to determine improvements.
Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior management.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in driving process improvements.
Written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to comfortably engage with internal and external customers.
Knowledge as an end-user of EDI, financial systems, and the overall flow of the invoice lifecycle.
