Responsibilities
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks per PPM schedule.
- Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works.
- Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC.
- Monitor energy consumption and perform DG maintenance.
- Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, lighting, and wiring.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot control components like relays, sensors, and drives.
- Support production in a safe and customer-focused manner.
- Perform minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes and equipment.
- Conduct regular checks of fire alarms and fire extinguishers.
- Perform maintenance, oiling, and greasing of carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters.
- Handle regular electrical works.
- Issue height work and hot work permits.
- Perform minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance.
- Provide daily reports on TT closures, open cases, and RCA.
- Update tools inventory.
- Manage PPM schedule maintenance.
- Oversee soft services activities including pest control, housekeeping, and waste disposal.
- Manage agency staff and overall shift operations.
- Control housekeeping and cleaning activities of the premises.
- Control sanitization and pest control activities.
- Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications for site infrastructure and machinery.
- Support pantry services for the site.
- Support operations for system and facility improvement.
- Maintain and upkeep facility infrastructure.
- Prepare contracts for housekeeping, pest control, and repair & maintenance activities.
- Maintain records of all activities.
- Ensure fulfillment of all safety requirements as per Amazon Standard and Indian Factory Rules.
- Ensure fulfillment of all statutory requirements applicable to facility management.
- Timely payment of facility bills (Electricity, Water, Rented Machines, Facility Rent).
- Manage spares and inventory control.
- Provide training and development to people.
- Undertake infrastructure improvement, modification, and project jobs.
- Prepare Opex and Capex budgets.
- Develop standard procedures and check sheets for safe handling of routine activities.
- Manage document control and record keeping for statutory, maintenance, engineering, safety, and quality matters.
Requirements
- Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
