Alstom is seeking a full-time Railway Depot Manager / Responsable de Garantia Ferroviaria in Vilanova, Barcelona. This role involves leading warranty-related activities for rolling stock maintenance depots, including fault diagnosis, issue resolution, and spare parts management. The ideal candidate has 10 years of experience in the railway sector and a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all warranty-related activities at rolling stock maintenance depots.
Ensure proper execution of warranty tasks, including fault diagnosis, issue resolution, and spare parts management.
Manage warranty activities at the customer's depot and lead the internal warranty team.
Oversee fault diagnosis, issue resolution, repair validation, and repair logs accuracy to restore train availability.
Coordinate with the warranty team, project team, and external suppliers involved in warranty activities.
Maintain strong relationships with the customer and other depot stakeholders.
Prepare and participate in regular Service Affecting Failures (SAFs) meetings.
Oversee consignment spare parts stock to ensure availability.
Prepare and support internal process audits.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards (EHS).

Requirements

University degree or Technical Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or similar.
10 years of experience in the railway sector.
Knowledge in project warranty execution, troubleshooting, commissioning, and EHS.
General knowledge of railway products and maintenance systems.
Mandatory Spanish language proficiency.

English level B2 is valuable.
