Responsibilities
- Understand and perform product quality tests.
- Lead and coordinate the plant-wide Statistical Process Control (SPC) program.
- Provide technical support for quality reporting systems.
- Provide functional leadership to Quality Operators.
- Ensure technical competence of Quality Operators through training and coaching.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement departments.
Requirements
- University degree (preferably mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, production technology, or materials technology).
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (BRC, ISO9000, ISO14000).
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Good MS Office & SAP skills.

- Experience leading through influence in an informal leadership role is considered a strong advantage.
- Structured and methodical way of working.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
