We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of highly engineered, custom-built mechanical products at our facility in Suisio, Italy. This role requires a strong technical background, minimum 6 years of experience in heavy manufacturing, and excellent client communication skills. The position offers a hybrid work model with a preference for on-site presence.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end execution of highly engineered, custom-built mechanical products.
Bridge the gap between engineering design and workshop production.
Manage project planning, interdepartmental coordination, and client communication.
Oversee Order Management from contract award through to delivery.
Act as the primary Corporate Interface between various departments.
Manage direct communications and technical coordination with international clients.
Provide Technical Oversight for complex engineering designs and fabrication.
Manage Risk Management to monitor milestones and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Energy, Management, or related disciplines).
Minimum of 6 years of solid experience in a project management or project engineering role within a heavy machinery or complex product manufacturing company.
Strong technical foundation with direct experience working with engineering departments, technical drawings, specialized fabrication (welding, metallurgy), and shop-floor manufacturing processes.
Fluent written and spoken English.

Desired Qualifications

A Master’s degree is not required, as priority is given to practical experience.
