As a People Business Partner at Ericsson in Noida, India, you will implement the People Strategy, leverage People Analytics for insights, and manage HR operations. You will also be involved in Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Talent & Reward, and Employee Relations to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of the People Strategy for the function.
Utilize People analytics to analyze data trends, identify opportunities, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and data management.
Collaborate with internal Legal & Compliance (L&C) teams on people-related issues.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Lead initiatives to foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and retention.
Develop a strong performance culture and manage pay and recognition-related matters.
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations issues.
Drive governance on critical people metrics by instituting robust systems and processes.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse teams, fostering a cooperative and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

Master's degree in Human Resources.
Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel for handling large data, PowerPoint for presentations).
Minimum 5 years (ranging between 5 to 8 years) of experience in HR/People Function.
Knowledge of the entire gamut of Human Resources and Disciplines (TA, TM, L&D, TR, WFP&A).
Excellent articulation and communication skills.
Persuading & influencing abilities.
Proactive with the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
Positive approach.
Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
