Responsibilities
- Lead daily production operations for a 30+ person team across frame manufacturing, door frames, door modification, and welding.
- Maximize productivity while minimizing waste and inefficiencies.
- Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output.
- Plan and schedule resources to meet production goals.
- Drive lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
- Train, coach, and develop team members.
- Maintain safe equipment, tools, and work environments.
- Implement quality control standards and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with leadership to execute operational strategies and budgets.
- Undertake special assignments as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in metal forming or similar manufacturing environments preferred.
- Exposure to lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ERP system experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
