Arla is seeking an Operational Network Planner for their Rødkærsbro cluster, based in Viby J, Denmark. This role focuses on optimizing supply chain performance, balancing capacity, inventory, and waste reduction within the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) horizon. The position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Optimizing supply chain performance through root cause analysis and data-driven decisions.
Monitoring relevant KPIs and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
Conducting scenario planning to mitigate availability risks, reduce waste, and assess the impact of demand fluctuations on finished goods.
Escalating unresolved short-term imbalances to global or local S&OE executive forums and key stakeholders.
Leading proactive dialogue between Supply Chain and Commercial teams to solve complex issues.
Identifying and contributing to optimization initiatives from an end-to-end perspective.

Requirements

Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree within Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business or a related field.
2-5 years of experience within supply chain planning, logistics or manufacturing, preferably working within S&OE or short-term planning horizons.
Comfortable analysing data and using insights to support operational decisions.
Clear and confident communication with stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels.
Curious, proactive and motivated by continuous improvement and optimisation.
