Ericsson is seeking an NPI Product Engineer in Lewisville, Texas, to develop and maintain products and services. Responsibilities include requirement analysis, system and hardware/software design, integration, and verification, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance product performance and functionality. The role also involves troubleshooting, analysis of critical faults, and supporting product introduction projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain products and services, including components, units, nodes, networks, systems, and solutions.
Conduct requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design, software design, integration, verification, and simulations.
Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and create product documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders and production units to improve product performance and functionality.
Ensure product failure-related analysis is performed and corrective actions are assessed and actioned.
Provide technical support for product introduction projects and verifications.
Develop and maintain troubleshooting systems, repair methods, and tools for manufacturing operations.
Analyze and assess critical faults in manufacturing processes/operations using statistical tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Two (2) years of electrical engineering experience.
Two (2) years of experience with Radio Frequency Measurement.
Two (2) years of experience with Electrical circuit analysis.
Two (2) years of experience with Python.
Two (2) years of experience with Antenna Integrated Radio (AIR) product development for 5G networks using new Radio Time division duplex (NR TDD).
Two (2) years of experience with Database tuning/update techniques including TOR Temp Calibration database and TX/RX delay database.
Two (2) years of experience with Air leakage testing (ALT) and long term testing of radio performance.
Two (2) years of experience with radio product design, radio product development, radio production, software development, radio software verification, software troubleshooting, code review, and competence transfer.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with new Radio Time division duplex (NR TDD).
Experience with TOR (Transmission Observation Receiver) Temp Calibration database.
Experience with TX/RX (transmit/receive) delay database.
Experience with Air leakage testing (ALT) and long term testing of radio performance.
