Ericsson seeks a Network Solutions Intern in Taguig to support analysis, design, and improvement of telecom network solutions. This role offers hands-on experience with network technologies, automation, and problem-solving, working alongside experienced engineers.

Responsibilities

Support network solution analysis, planning, design, integration, and documentation.
Review technical requirements, solution specifications, network diagrams, and implementation plans.
Participate in configuration, testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
Analyze network or project data to identify issues and improvements.
Develop or maintain simple scripts, dashboards, or automation tools.
Prepare technical documentation, status updates, and knowledge-sharing materials.
Collaborate with network engineers, solution architects, and project teams.
Follow Ericsson processes, security, and quality standards.
Demonstrate a learning mindset by seeking feedback and building capability.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
Foundational understanding of computer networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, common network services).
Basic programming or scripting capability, preferably in Python, PowerShell, or a similar language.
Ability to manage assigned tasks responsibly and deliver work within agreed timelines.
Minimum of 400 hours commitment.

Desired Qualifications

Interest in telecom networks, cloud and connectivity technologies, network automation, or digital infrastructure.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation and communicate clearly.
Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to work collaboratively, ask questions, and learn.
Academic, laboratory, or project experience involving network configuration, simulation, virtualization, Linux, APIs, or automation.
Familiarity with tools such as Git, Wireshark, packet-analysis utilities, network simulators, or cloud platforms.
Relevant coursework, certifications, or extracurricular projects in networking or telecommunications.
