Responsibilities
- Design, standardize, implement, verify, and validate state-of-the-art cellular technologies.
- Contribute to PHY layer modem FW, Qualcomm proprietary DSP low level ASM type optimized SIMD instruction set programming.
- Develop Modem signal processing for Tx and Rx baseband chain.
- Orchestrate Modem control SW.
- Design embedded FW with constrained MIPS and memory.
- Design for test, debug, and test-driven development.
- Implement AI/ML native modem enhancements.
- Develop efficient test methodology for modem DSP FW.
- Contribute to ORAN and FAPI specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineer, or related field.
- 1+ year of applicable wireless, semiconductor and/or embedded software industry experience.
- 1+ year of experience with computer architecture or embedded systems.
- DSP development experience
- Matlab
- Modem/PHY layer FW development
- Familiarity with 5G NR/LTE protocols
