Responsibilities

Collect ground truth data for product development based on defined instructions.
Perform data execution and report results accurately.
Understand procedures and guidelines for new tasks/releases.
Perform repetitive exercises based on dynamic instructions while maintaining quality.
Use software tools for data capture and comply with organizational processes.
Capture results, communicate and escalate failures.
Provide individual status reports and adhere to productivity and quality baselines.
Raise all failures/doubts related to execution in the portal and close them per SLAs.
Own daily targets against internal and external dependencies.

Requirements

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
High School or equivalent diploma (may vary by location).
C1+ or equivalent fluency in English language.
Basic writing skills with ability to compose clear emails and simple business documents.
Good reading comprehension and active listening abilities.
Basic problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Ability to follow multi-step instructions accurately.
Basic research capabilities using common search tools.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Professional communication manner when interacting with others.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel basics, PowerPoint).
