Project Manager is responsible for executing projects, managing customer interactions, and ensuring on-time delivery of installations and commissioning. This role involves budget monitoring, risk anticipation, and establishing strong stakeholder relationships across India.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers (internal & external) to understand project requirements, contractual obligations, and delivery schedules.
Initiate and participate in scope and design meetings to communicate project requirements.
Plan with sourcing and suppliers to reduce lead times and ensure on-time deliveries.
Submit deviation or concession requests to customers during order execution.
Oversee installation and commissioning activities at customer sites.
Anticipate bottlenecks and take advance actions to prevent profit leakage.
Monitor project budget versus actual costs.
Run backlogs to focus on open orders and points.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
Support the Integration Team in despatch planning.

Requirements

Work closely with customer, sales, project team, and service departments.
Achieve On Time in Full (OTIF) delivery.
Monitor "Pre vs Post" or "Budget vs Actual" performance against set KRAs.
Establish good relationships with stakeholders (Customers, Sales, Service, Project Team, and Suppliers).
Suggest cost-effective solutions.
Conduct effective visits to Customer Sites across India as needed.

Degree in Diploma or Engineering.
