Ameristar Perimeter Security USA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech in Tulsa, OK to perform troubleshooting and repair of hydraulics, pneumatics, and advanced electronics. The role requires technical training, a Mechatronics Certification or equivalent including OSHA 30, and a minimum of 24 months experience as a Maintenance Tech Level 2.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics and pneumatics.
Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
Troubleshoot and repair advanced electronics.
Troubleshoot PLC and perform basic programming.
Adhere to lock out tag out procedures.
Complete work orders via CMMS software.
Maintain maintenance utilization of 75%.

Requirements

Technical training and certification preferred.
Completion of Mechatronics Certification or equivalent.
OSHA 30 general industry 30-hour card.
Experience in Automation.
Experience in Robotics.
Minimum of 24 months in a Maintenance Tech Level 2 position.
Experience in troubleshooting and repair of electronics.
PLC basic programming and troubleshooting.
Experience training other technicians.
