Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and optimize existing JDE user access and security roles.
- Design and implement a scalable role-based access control (RBAC) framework.
- Define standards, processes, and governance for future role creation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, security, and corporate governance standards.
- Identify control gaps and lead remediation activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and govern deployments to the JDE production environment.
- Establish structured release management and deployment procedures.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
- Deep understanding of JDE security, user provisioning, role design, and access management.
- Experience supporting SOX, internal audit, compliance, or similar governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of JDE package builds, deployments, and release management processes.
- Experience documenting processes, controls, and governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from assessment through implementation.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of risk and control frameworks within ERP environments.
- Experience working in complex, multinational organizations.
- Familiarity with ITIL change management practices.
- Experience with ERP security or governance tools.
- Experience working in a SCRUM organisation.
