Responsibilities
- Unloading trucks
- Lifting goods to high storage
- Placing items in sales areas
- Stocking furniture and home accessories using pallet jacks, manual labor, and possibly forklifts/stackers
- Ensuring accurate inventory through daily counts
- Daily handover to sales colleagues
- Daily maintenance of the department, including tidying up
- Daily maintenance of machines
Requirements
- Good physical shape and ability to handle heavy lifting
- Thrive working in the early morning hours
- Structured, able to maintain an overview, and focused on order
- Ability to speak English and enjoy communicating with colleagues and working in a team
- Forklift certificate is an advantage, but not a requirement
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not strictly required
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude
