Ansvarsområden inkluderar att driva produktssäkerhetsstrategi, integrera säkerhet i SDLC, stärka sårbarhetshantering och etablera säkerhetskontroller för AI-utveckling. Erfarenhet av finanssektorn är meriterande.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop Product Security professionals, building capabilities in security engineering, AI security, vulnerability management, penetration testing and post-quantum security.
Drive product security strategy with a focus on PCI, SOC 2, CRA and ISO compliance.
Integrate security throughout the Secure Software Development Lifecycle, including threat modelling, architecture reviews and security risk assessments.
Strengthen vulnerability management and penetration testing, turning findings into prioritised, measurable engineering actions.
Establish security controls and governance for AI-enabled development and agentic technologies, and support crypto-agility and post-quantum readiness.
Translate security and regulatory requirements into practical engineering requirements, with the evidence and traceability needed for new markets.

Requirements

Proven experience leading or developing technical or security teams.
A strong understanding of product security, cybersecurity and security risk management.
Experience with vulnerability management, penetration testing and secure software development, including DevSecOps.
Understanding of cloud-native and distributed architectures, and awareness of AI security risks.
Knowledge of cryptography; experience with post-quantum cryptography is an advantage.
The ability to turn security risks into concrete engineering decisions and to communicate effectively with engineers and senior stakeholders.
Experience in financial services, fintech, payments or another highly regulated environment is particularly valuable.
