Qualcomm is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Lead Engineer with a strong software engineering background to join their Hyderabad team. This role involves designing and implementing AI/ML applications, managing CI/CD pipelines, and full-stack development, requiring expertise in multiple programming languages and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Design and implement workflows using LLM-based agents for reasoning and vulnerability detection.
Integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) for contextual data enrichment.
Develop multi-agent architectures for collaborative analysis and decision-making.
Build and maintain web dashboards, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
Develop scalable front-end applications (React/Angular/Vue) and back-end services (Python/Node.js/Java).
Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines for deployment on cloud or on-prem servers.
Implement containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
Optimize workflows for high availability and performance.
Automate build instantiation and generate artifacts like dependency graphs.
Work with static and dynamic analysis tools (e.g., CodeQL, Klocwork, fuzzing frameworks) to identify vulnerabilities.
Contribute to security-focused automation pipelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field with 6-8+ years of experience.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
Strong expertise in automation tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Proven experience in AI/ML application development and deployment.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms and container orchestration (Azure, AWS, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with data engineering and big data technologies.
Knowledge of security best practices in software development.
Familiarity with DevOps culture and tools.
