In short

As a Junior Inside Sales Specialist in Cluj-Napoca, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Technical & Commercial Proposals to customers in various process industries across Europe. You will support sales teams in pursuing new business opportunities and manage customer requirements through remote communication or site visits.

Responsibilities

Ensuring understanding, managing and satisfying each requirement or expectation from customers or company’s collaborators through remote communication or site visits.
Taking ownership of the assigned Technical and Commercial Proposal and Order Booking scope delivery within Emerson Systems & Software Lifecycle Services portfolio, following the standard process.
Ensuring the innovative and cost-effective solutions are proposed.
Proactively applying methodologies, resources and techniques for minimizing the execution cost, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality.
Ensuring partners are proactively informed on the status or any challenges.
Acquiring, maintaining, and actively sharing knowledge and experience with the team and the more comprehensive organization.
Supporting on-the-job development of other Service Specialists.
Taking other responsibilities or tasks, including those related to Ethics and Information Security policies within the skills and abilities, whenever reasonably instructed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Engineering field.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Computer literate (MS Office).

Desired Qualifications

Experience in commercial and sales support activities.
Experience in process automation field for various industries.
Self-disciplined and autonomous.
Experience with CRM systems.
Proficiency in another European language is a plus.
