Responsibilities
- Researches and evaluates facts surrounding seller transactions.
- Takes appropriate action on investigated transactions based on established standard operating procedures and tools.
- Documents actions by providing detailed annotations.
- Communicates with external customers via phone or email during the investigation process.
- Communicates with internal customers and peers in person, via email, annotations, and phone.
- Understands the issue and makes best use of available resources to resolve it.
- Systematically escalates problems or variance in information to the relevant owners/teams.
- Communicates with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understands performance metrics to create analysis for driving business goals.
- Meets predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
- Ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Excellent judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to make nearly all decisions independently with little to no guidance and a high degree of accuracy.
- Engage in frequent written and verbal communication with department management, risk analysts, risk engineers, and other company associates.
- Willingness to contact customers by phone.
- Analytical and capable of succeeding in a fast-paced team environment.
