Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes and proposals for maintenance, parts, and other service products for compressors and related equipment using the ERP system (SAP).
- Obtain quotes from subcontractors and negotiate purchasing terms.
- Manage customer and machine information for the assigned area to improve sales activities and quotations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints to secure repeat orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments (service sales, service planning, field service) to respond to quotation requests promptly.
Requirements
- Technical college or university graduate (engineering background preferred).
- At least 1 year of sales experience, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic technical understanding (engineering background is a plus).
- PC skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and ERP system (SAP, etc.) operation skills.
- Ability to perform work following established procedures.
- Business-level Japanese, basic English.
