In short

This is a temporary internship position at Volvo Group in Ji'nan, China, focusing on People & Culture related work such as recruitment and training, event organization, and translation. The role is on-site and suitable for undergraduate and graduate students with fluent English and relevant major preferences.

Responsibilities

Provide support for People & Culture related work, including recruitment and training.
Assist with the organization of company events and workshops.
Support written translation tasks as needed.
Perform other required tasks.

Requirements

Fluent in English, both writing and oral.
Skills in PS, PR, ID are preferable.
Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Strong initiative, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Major in communication, media, HR, or language related fields is preferred.
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student (preferably 3rd year undergrad or 2nd year graduate and above).
Internship duration of 6 months.
Availability for 3-5 days per week.
