Inside Sales Engineer, Hygienic Fluid Handling and Heat Transfer

In short

We are seeking an Inside Sales Engineer for Hygienic Fluid Handling and Heat Transfer products in Bangkok. You will be responsible for selling products and services, providing technical and commercial proposals, and nurturing customer relationships to drive sales. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Select, size/configure hygienic fluid handling & heat transfer products.
Prepare technical & commercial proposals for capital and service sales.
Engage in market activities, focusing on inside customer/channel partner interactions.
Follow up on quotes to ensure proposed value aligns with customer needs.
Handover orders to customer support/order handling teams and coordinate post-order processes.
Support customers and channel partners with claims/issues, coordinating with internal teams.
Utilize CRM and other tools consistently to support the sales process and decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or similar).
Minimum of 3 years in hygienic fluid handling (pumps/valve/mixing/tank cleaning), heat transfer, or related equipment.
Product knowledge and understanding of customer processes and applications, including basic to intermediate level of food, dairy, beverage, and pharma processes.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable using ERP and CRM and digital tools to support the sales process.
Ambitious, with the potential and desire to advance to higher roles within the organization.
